Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of **nazztec.com** and its content. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This website is operated by NAZZTEC PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website only. They do not govern any services NAZZTEC provides to you. Services are governed exclusively by the written engagement contract, statement of work, master services agreement or purchase order agreed between us. Where these terms conflict with an executed engagement contract, the engagement contract prevails.
We may update these terms. The effective date is shown at the top of the page, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
2. Permitted use
You may access and view this website, and print or download extracts, for your own internal business evaluation or personal reference, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
3. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system or network.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach or circumvent its security or authentication measures.
- Introduce malware, or any code or material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Conduct a denial-of-service attack, or any attack designed to degrade availability.
- Use automated systems — scrapers, bots, spiders — to extract content at a rate that imposes unreasonable load, or to harvest contact data. Reasonable search engine indexing is permitted.
- Reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, licence or exploit our content commercially without our prior written permission.
- Use our content to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models without our prior written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate NAZZTEC or its personnel.
- Use the site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, and to report suspected criminal activity to law enforcement.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, layout, design, diagrams, photographs, video, logos and software — is owned by NAZZTEC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
"NAZZTEC", the NAZZTEC logo and our brand identity are trademarks of NAZZTEC. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right in our intellectual property other than the limited permission in section 2.
5. Third-party trademarks and technology references
Our Solutions pages name a range of third-party technologies so that you can see the breadth of platforms we work with.
NAZZTEC holds formal technology partnerships with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Fortinet, Lenovo, Tenable and CyberArrow. Every other technology named on this site is a platform we work with, deploy, implement or support. Partner status and tier are stated only where held and verified.
6. Accuracy of content and no reliance
We take care to ensure the information on this site is accurate at the time of publication, and we review our content at least twice a year. However, the content is provided for general information only.
It does not constitute professional, legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice and must not be relied on as such. Regulatory frameworks, threat landscapes and technology products change frequently. Before acting on anything you read here, obtain advice specific to your circumstances — we are happy to provide it under an engagement.
Any indicative timelines, effort estimates, cost ranges or outcome figures published on this site are illustrative, drawn from typical engagements, and are not an offer, quotation or guarantee. Scope, effort and price are confirmed only in a written proposal.
7. Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites, including regulators, standards bodies and technology vendors. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of malicious code, or that defects will be corrected. You are responsible for configuring your own information technology and platform to access the site, and for using your own virus protection.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, NAZZTEC will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.
Liability arising from services is governed exclusively by the relevant engagement contract, not by these terms.
10. Privacy and cookies
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
11. Security
We protect this website with controls appropriate to a cybersecurity company. You must not attempt to test, probe or bypass them. If you believe you have noticed a security issue affecting this website, please tell us at legal@nazztec.com so that we can look into it.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
NAZZTEC operates through independently registered legal entities in India, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America.
The governing law and jurisdiction for any engagement or business relationship are those set out in the written contract agreed independently between the relevant NAZZTEC entity and the other party. Nothing on this website creates an obligation on any NAZZTEC entity beyond those set out in such a contract.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you may have that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
13. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NAZZTEC in relation to your use of this website.
