NAZZTEC AI GRC

The AI-powered governance, risk and compliance platform for regulated organizations — ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST CSF, DORA and NIS2 in one place, with board-ready reporting in PDF and Excel.

Platform

One platform for the whole GRC programme

Framework library

30 pre-loaded frameworks and 580 requirements — ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 31000, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, PCI DSS 4.0, DORA, NIS2, IAIS ICPs and more — cross-mapped through common control themes. Import any custom or regulator framework.

Self-assessments

Status and maturity for every control, owners and due dates, and compliance, maturity and gaps that update instantly.

Evidence vault

Content-verified, SHA-256 sealed evidence linked to controls, with expiry tracking and renewal alerts.

Risk management

Four-stage corporate risk register — identify, evaluate, respond, monitor — with inherent and residual 5×5 scoring, exposure-based residual Class I–IV, a 26-category insurance and enterprise taxonomy, treatment plans with postponed dates, approval with segregation of duties and Excel import of existing registers.

Third-party risk

Vendor register with criticality, data access, scoring and contract renewal tracking.

Audit & CAPA

Audit plans, findings and corrective actions with owners, due dates and overdue escalation.

Policy lifecycle

Draft, review, approve and publish with segregation of duties, versioning and staff acknowledgements.

Business continuity

Business impact analysis with RTO, RPO and MTPD per critical process.

AI Copilot & agents

Gap analysis, risk advice, policy drafting, evidence review and control mapping — every AI output reviewed and approved by your team.

KRIs & risk appetite

Department risk appetite statements with KRIs, appetite and tolerance thresholds, period values, deviation from target, trend history and automatic breach alerts.

Action Center

One prioritised list of every open action — treatment plans, findings, compliance gaps, KRI breaches, incidents, obligations, control re-tests and expiring exceptions.

Incidents & loss events

Incident management with root cause, corrective actions and regulator notification, plus operational loss data by Basel event type with gross loss and recoveries.

Regulatory obligations

Your compliance universe of laws, regulations, circulars, guidelines and contracts — each with owner, due date and compliance status, circulars kept apart from regulations.

Control testing

Design and operating-effectiveness tests with method, sample size, exceptions, result and next test date — ineffective controls flow straight into remediation.

Board & committees

Board and committee calendar, agendas, decisions and minutes status for risk, audit, compliance and cybersecurity steering committees.

Asset inventory

Information assets with owners, classification, confidentiality-integrity-availability ratings, criticality and review dates.

Privacy & AI governance

Records of processing with lawful basis, cross-border transfers and DPIA status, and an AI system inventory with risk tiers, impact assessment, bias testing and human oversight.

Policy exceptions

Time-bound, risk-rated exceptions to policies and standards with compensating controls, approver and expiry tracking.

Risks by department, residual risk class, treatment-plan status, KRI status, incidents, obligations, control-test results and net operational losses.
