Networking & Connectivity Solutions

Networks are judged on the days they misbehave. We design connectivity that is segmented, observable and documented — so problems are found before users report them.

Overview

Networking & Connectivity Solutions designed around your requirement

Network design decisions outlive the people who make them. We build topologies that can be extended without redesign, segmented properly for security and compliance, monitored from day one, and documented to a standard that means the next engineer does not have to reverse-engineer it.

Technology

Technologies we work with

We hold partnerships where they serve our clients — and we recommend on merit, including recommending the technology you already own. The platforms below are those we design, deploy, integrate and operate in this domain. Bold entries are our formal technology partners.

Outcomes

What you get

  • Segmented architecture that satisfies security and compliance requirements by design
  • Documented topology, addressing and configuration standards
  • Monitoring in place from go-live, not retrofitted after the first outage
  • Resilient connectivity with tested failover paths
  • Vendor selection based on operating cost and in-country support, not just capital price
Delivery

How we deliver

  1. Requirement and current state — free discovery covering the business driver, existing estate and constraints.
  2. Technology evaluation — shortlisted platforms scored against eight criteria, with the scoring shared.
  3. Solution design — target architecture, sizing, integration, security and compliance mapping.
  4. Commercials — transparent pricing, with the cheaper route identified even where it earns us less.
  5. Implementation — phased deployment, integration, testing and documentation.
  6. Handover or operate — knowledge transfer and runbooks, or a NAZZTEC managed service.

The expertise behind this solution

This page covers the technology. For the consulting, delivery and operational expertise that goes with it, see Managed IT Services.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Should we standardise on a single network vendor?
Usually within a domain, yes — a single-vendor campus or data centre fabric simplifies operations, support and training. Across domains, mixing is often justified, particularly where security and networking are converging. We will state the operational cost of each option explicitly.
Is SD-WAN worth it for a small number of sites?
Below roughly five sites the business case is often marginal unless you have specific application steering, cloud on-ramp or centralised security requirements. We model it honestly rather than defaulting to the technology that carries the larger deal value.
Can you take over support of a network you did not build?
Yes. We begin with a discovery and documentation exercise, because in most cases the existing documentation is incomplete. That baseline becomes the foundation of the support arrangement.
